We’re all spending a lot more time at home these days, and that means getting our workouts at home instead of in a gym or studio. Here’s 6 great apps you can use to rev up your at-home (and later, when we start traveling again, hotel room) workout. And, for the end of the day, when it’s time to unwind and recover, a bonus app for stretching and relaxing.

Yoga Wake Up
Not a morning person? Give Yoga Wake Up a try. Use it to set an alarm for when you want to wake up in the morning and the app will wake you with a track that guides you through a short yoga sequence or meditation. It’s the perfect way to get your day started.

At Home Workouts by Daily Burn
We’re all spending a lot more time at home, but someday we’ll be able to travel again, and this app is also perfect for hotel room workouts! Daily Burn has tons of different workouts to try and it will tailor a program to your personal fitness level and goals. While this one does require a paid membership, you do get a free 30-day trial to start.

Freeletics
Freeletics is another great app specifically for in-home workouts, or any place where you don’t have a lot of equipment available or a gym to go to. It’s packed with bodyweight workouts and more, and each runs 5 to 30 minutes in length, for free! Want more? You can also sign up for a training coach for $6.25 a month.

FitOn
Every workout on FitOn is free so it’s good for your health and for your wallet. And, you can search workouts by category, body part, duration, or intensity. Pressed for time? Choose your workout according to the amount of time you have instead.

Six Pack in 30 Days
Six Pack in 30 Days is another no-equipment-needed workout app, so it’s another that’s perfect for working out at home (and later, in a hotel room…can you tell we’re anxious to get back to traveling?!). You can choose your current level of ability and then with the help of the app, continue to work your way up. And don’t worry – there are demonstrations on how to correctly do each move so you can perfect your technique.

Daily Yoga
Whether you’re already a yoga devotee or maybe a newbie who wants to use this extra time at home to get started in a private setting rather than a class, check out Daily Yoga. It offers personalized coaching and tons of poses for you to choose from. You can also find meditation classes to help you de-stress and feel more focused.

Relax Melodies
Here’s an extra app for the list – because there’s more to good health than just working out. After all the planks and the burpees are done, there’s the recovery. So for your cool-down stretch sesh and a good night’s sleep, give Relax Melodies a try. It’s got a range of calming sounds, from rain to wind to white noise to give you a peaceful feeling that takes you far way from the sounds email alerts and messenger chimes.
