At the top of many travelers’ minds is COVID-19 and we are monitoring the situation closely. As a USA-based company, Rise & Rove follows the travel recommendations issued by the US government and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).
We feel the gift of travel is the most rewarding thing you can give to yourself and it pains us to see people postponing their travel dreams due to uncertainty. So, to help build confidence in booking that bucket list trip, we have chosen to make our cancellation policy even more flexible for 2020 with the following update, which is valid for the Culture of Cuba tour in November.
You will now have until 65 days prior to departure to cancel due to a public health-related reason and we’ll refund you in full, including your deposit.
If any country we are touring is elevated to a travel advisory Level 3 or 4 with the US Department of State for public health reasons, we will cancel or reschedule the tour and you can choose to receive a refund in full or transfer your payment to the rescheduled dates. Current health climate aside, at any time, if a planned tour location is deemed unsafe for travel by the US government, we will cancel the tour and refund your payment in full. It is our priority to keep you safe.
Please reach out to us with any questions you have and we’re happy to chat. It’s an unprecedented time for all of us, and we are here to support you and provide you flexibility while you navigate our travel plans.
